 to in food  se bachana chahiye aur lambe samay Tak Jawan aur young dikhne ke liye kon kon  se food khane chahiye iske bare mein aapko bataya jaega Aaj ke time per jaldi old dikhne lagte Hain umra Se pahle agar aap chahte ho lambe  time tak young dekhna aur Jawan rahana to niche step bye step food ke bare mein jankari Di gai hai.








( No 1 ) Sugar wale food Se bachana chahiye( mithe food )

Jo jyada meethe hote Hain aur aapki health ko old dikhane lagte Hain 

Example: - chocolate, πŸ«• cold drink ( Pepsi ) 


Inka use karne Se bachana chahiye kyunki yah aapki age ko old dikhane lagte Hain








( No 2 ) Simit Matra mein kis fruits ko kha lena chahiye 

Agar aap simit Matra mein mithe fruits khana chahte ho to aapke liye kuchh food aise bataiye Jo simit Matra mein khane se nuksan kam hota Hai


Prakrutik sugar fruits khane wale 

Mango πŸ₯­(aam) papita orange 🍊 (Santra) simit Matra mein kha lena chahiye 







( No 3 ) Kaisa food khane Se bachana chahiye 

Tale hue fast food nahin khana chahiye 

Example - burger, samosa, patties, momos, etc.


Bahar ke tale hue food bilkul nahin khana chahie yah aapke sharir ko adhik Matra mein nuksan pahunchate hain aur aapke sharir ko old dikhana lagte Hain. 










( No 4 ) Kis tarike ka food kha lena chahiye simit Matra mein

Agar aapko jyada pasand hai to simit Matra mein kis tarike se Sevan kar sakte ho 


Only ghar ka banaa hua food simit Matra mein use kar sakte ho kabhi Kabhi jitna ho sake utna bachana chahiye use karne se 









( No 5 ) Kis tarike se nuksan karta hai 

Example samosa  momos burger  πŸ” patties 


Iske andar maida ki Matra hoti hai jiski bahut Moti parat Hoti Hai iske andar 


Aapke sharir ko maida ko pahchane mein adhik samay lagta hai pachaya prakriya ke liye bhi nuksandayak hota Hai 











( No 6 ) Jyada Matra mein Sharab (alcohol ) peene Se bachana chahiye 

Alcohol aapke sharir ko adhik Matra mein nuksan pahunchati hai kyunki isase hamara sharir dihydrate ho jata hai 


Jiske Karan hamare sharir ki tvacha kamjor dikhne lagti hai aur old dekhne lagti Hai.









( No 7 ) Kitni age per sharab alcohol nahin Pina chahiye 

 agar aapki age 18 plus se kam hai to isko bilkul nahin Pina chahiye kam age per jyada nuksan karti hai 




Iski jagah aapko kya istemal karna chahiye

Herbal drink 


Agar aap Inka istemal karte ho to aapke sharir ko energy denge aur aapka sharir fit rahega young dikhne mein help Karega.













( No 8 ) Vishesh Roop se Kis chij Se banaa hua food se bachne chahiye 


Vishesh Roop se aapko maida khane se  bachana chahiye 

Kyunki yah glycation prakriya Ko badhata Hai 

Iska istemal karne se aapke sharir ki tvacha sukhadne  lagti Hai 








( No 9 ) Kis chij ka istemal Karna chahie khane ke liye 

Aata ka istemal kar lena chahiye 


Namak salt πŸ§‚ adhik Matra mein khane Se bachana chahiye


Namak hamare sharir ko Sujan deta hai jisse jaldi old dikhne lagte Hain 



Simit Matra mein Namak khana chahiye hamesha adhik Matra mein namak khane se bachen 


Kya khana chahie kya Pina chahiye 

Kela banana 🍌 nariyal Pani 

Inka istemal jyada karna chahiye khane ke liye unko khane se aapka sharir healthy rahata hai aur energy milati hai inke andar  protein paya jata hai











 ( No 10 ) Kam umar dikhane wale food jisse aapki umra kam dekhe 

Agar aap apne aap ko healthy aur energy fit rakhna chahte ho isko kam dikhana chahte ho

To aapko yah food daily khane chahie apni khane mein daily istemal Karen 

Example:  per day 8 gilas Pani . Agar aap daily 8 gilas Pani pite ho to aapke sharir mein Pani Ki purti rahegi


Palak ki sabji ya Palak Tak Kisi bhi tarike se istemal karo yah aapke blood ki Matra badhata hai aur blood ko saaf kata hai 



ISI tarike se aur bhi Kai tarike ke food hain jaise : badam , akhrot,  anar ,anjeer ,papita ,Santra , tamatar etc.
